I am writing this letter in reference to Ryan Norman from Norman Properties. We hired Ryan to complete an addition and renovation on our beach cottage at Hampton Beach, N.H. We spent several months searching for the right contractor and used Service Magic to screen contractors in the New Hampshire area.

We planned on starting the project in October of 2010 and were assured that it would be completed by February of 2011. The project started within a few weeks of the anticipated start date and was finished on time. We had very few headaches and hassles throughout such a large job, and when there was a set back Ryan was there with a solution. We found Ryan and his workers to be experts in their areas while maintaining a sense of professionalism and courteousness. We could not have been more pleased with our selection of Ryan Norman. The project became very complicated but Ryan managed the planning, subcontracting and scheduling of work masterfully. We worked together to design and implement each step of the addition/remodel. While bad weather did delay new construction, all proceeded timely thereafter. We are very pleased with our new kitchen, flooring, and bonus room.
